Gospel zbor Sunce djeluje kao mješoviti zbor pod tim imenom od 2004. godine, uspješno ostvaruje zamisao širenja raznih kultura i stilova duhovne ali i moderne glazbe. Tako radost i svjetlost glazbe prenosi i približava slušateljima.
Zbor često gostuje na društvenim događanjima u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu, djeluje u okviru turističke ponude Grada Zagreba, nastupa na humanitarnim koncertima te brojnim drugim kulturnim i zabavnim događanjima. Redoviti je sudionik domaćih, nacionalnih i međunarodnih zborskih susreta, festivala i natjecanja.
Gđa. Karolin Wendt utemeljila je i vodila zbor šest godina, do 2006. godine, kada vodstvo preuzima Neda Perdija-Grbić koja zbor vodi sljedećih šest godina, do 2012. nakon čega vodstvo zbora preuzima Vitomir Ivanjek – Vito sve do prosinca 2017. godine.
2017. godine, zboru se, pridružuje dirigent Maro Rica koji od siječnja 2018. vodi zbor uz dirigenticu Ivu Jarić.
Na programu koncerta će se izvoditi pjesme poput "Go tell in on the mountain", "O little town of Betlehem", "Ring Christmas bells", "Joy to the world", "Zvončići", "Radujte se narodi" i "Tiha noć".
