The Strange je međunarodno priznat bend koji je osvojio srca publike diljem svijeta, a o kojem su pisali prestižni glazbeni mediji kao što su Pitchfork, Rolling Stone i Mojo. Upravo su s izdanjem "Echo Chamber" The Strange pridobili simpatije glazbenih kritičara i osvojili brojne nagrade, koje su se potom nastavile i kasnije. Tako su primjerice 2022. godine bili nominirani za neovisnu glazbenu nagradu Rock&Off u kategoriji najboljeg rock izvođača, koju su također osvojili i 2019. godine. Osim toga, The Strange se mogu pohvaliti i nominacijom za prestižnu IMPALA nagradu za najbolji europski nezavisni album godine.
