Tajna izvrsnog okusa i boja tajlandskih jela postiže se odabirom i kombiniranjem potpuno svježih sastojaka: povrća, voća i začinskog bilja. Kako pripremiti neke od specijaliteta thai kuhinje naučit će vas, iz prve ruke, Vid Nikolić koji se nedavno vratio s putovanja po Tajlandu. Na radionici će se pripremati Tom Kha Gai - juha od piletine s kokosovim mlijekom, Pad Thai - tjestenina sa tofuom,mungo klicama i kikirikijem, crveni curry od piletine i slatka riža s mangom.

Napomena: Molimo vas da na radionicu ponesete nekoliko plastičnih posuda kako bi pripremljenu hranu koja ostane nakon degustacije mogli ponijeti kući. Minimalni broj polaznika za održavanje radionice je 6 osoba.
