Shortparis — ekstravagantni avangardni pop bend iz Sankt-Peterburga nastupa 20. veljače u Zagrebu!
Istražujući i kombinirajući mračnu elektroniku, plesne ritmove, post-punk, eksperimentalni noise, pa čak i akustičnu šansonu, Shortparis oblikuju vlastitu jedinstvenu glazbenu estetiku. Nakon što su već stekli status "najboljeg ruskog live acta", bend nastavlja graditi međunarodnu reputaciju po dramatičnom imidžu i nevjerojatnim nastupima, gde primjenjuju suvremene umjetničke prakse performansa.
Shortparis je erotski ritualni karneval, devijantna bajka koju stvaraju glazbenici i koja se širi izvan opsega glazbene industrije. Nikolaj Komiagin, pjevač, također je i filmski glumac. Kratki film "Complex Subject" s Nikolaem u glavnoj ulozi osvojio je nagradu u kategoriji kratkih filmova na filmskom festivalu u Cannesu 2019. godine.
Tijekom postojanja, objavili su 3 EP-a, 4 albuma; nastupili kao predgrupa bendovima The Kooks, Lebanon Hanover, Inca Babies, alt-J i Easter; sudjelovali su na međunarodnim glazbenim festivalima kao što su Tallinn Music Week, Le Guess Who?, Pop Kulture itd.; osvojili brojne nagrade u zemlji i inozemstvu — spot za pjesmu "Scary" zauzeo je treće mjesto u nominaciji za najbolju režiju na Berlin Music Video Awards (2019).
