Dragi članovi,

pozivamo vas da nam se pridružite na redovnoj Skupštini udruge Croatian Independent Software Exporters (CISEx). Skupština će se održati u petak, 3. ožujka 2017. u prostorijama puba Pivana na adresi Ilica 222 u Zagrebu, s početkom u 18:00 sati.

U nastavku donosimo predloženi dnevni red:

  1. Izmjene Statuta udruge CISEx
  2. Usvajanje izvješća o radu za prethodnu godinu
  3. Usvajanje godišnjeg financijskog izvješća
  4. Predstavljanje i usvajanje plana rada za 2017. godinu

Nakon Skupštine održat će se prvi ovogodišnji CISEx Friday na kojem će Nenad Bakić, pokretač projekta Croatian Makers i crowdfunding kampanje za STEM Revoluciju, predstaviti svoju inicijativu te planove za nastavak ovog projekta u školama diljem Hrvatske.

Nakon službenog dijela nastavit ćemo druženje u neformalnoj atmosferi.

Molimo da svoj dolazak potvrdite prijavom putem sustava Entrio.

Napomene:

  • Ako ovlašteni predstavnik člana udruge nije u mogućnosti osobno doći na Skupštinu, može se opunomoćiti druga osoba. Za sve detalje oko ovog pitanja pošaljite upit koordinatorici Udruge.
  • Molimo da na skupštinu dođete barem 15 minuta ranije kako biste se registrirali i preuzeli uređaj za glasanje.
  • Molimo zainteresirane za predavanje Nenada Bakića, a koji ujedno neće sudjelovati na Skupštini da nam se pridruže u 19:15 sati.
  • 27. CISEx Friday organiziran je uz financijsku potporu Hrvatske agencija za malo gospodarstvo i investicije (HAMAG BICRO) i Europske poduzetničke mreže (EEN).
