U našoj hitnoj prevladavaju manje hitni slučajevi. Više se radi o bukvalnim slučajevima hitnosti, baziranih na vlastitom mišljenju tumačenja bolesti. Iznenadni napadaji bolesti kao i nedefinirana stanja organizma, zajedno sa nepoželjnim nuspojavama klijentele, razlogom su odigravanja ovog više milog nego nemilog događaja. S medicinskog aspekta, korisnici koji se zatiču u prostoriji hitne medicinske skrbi, ne raspolažu poviješću bolesti, već raspolažu vlastitom dijagnozom, samo-uvjerenjem i dozom razočaranja u zdravstveni sustav.
