Postariji gospodin, arhitekt, Saša (Duško Valentić) oženio se mladom studenticom Vesnom. U početku je sve bilo lijepo, ali nevolje su krenule kada je Vesni postalo dosadno pa je odlučila zabavu potražiti u klubovima i kafićima gdje se susreće sa svojim društvom. Ljubomorni je Saša odlučio pratiti Vesnu kako bi saznao s kim se druži, gdje zalazi i što radi. Pratio ju je danima, a nakon jednog takvog praćenja pobijedila ga je prehlada jer je cijeli dan stajao na kiši bez kišobrana, špijunirajući Vesnu.

U nevolji mu pomaže bivša žena Kristina (Ksenija Pajić) koja mu pripravlja kamilicu za inhaliranje i uređuje kuću. Kristini je Saša još uvije drag, pomalo ga žali zbog nevolje u kojoj se našao i stalno Sašu ispituje što se događa izmedu njega i Vesnice.

Što se događa s Vesnom i Sašom prati i susjed Pero Pavlović-Puška (Mladen Čutura), umirovljeni policajac, stručnjak za praćenje.

On već dulje vrijeme špijunira susjeda Sašu, a nakon praćenja mu odluči ponuditi svoje profesionalne usluge. On će umjesto Saše profesionalno pratiti Vesnu i sve će mu svako jutro referirat: gdje je bila, s kim je bila, što je radila i kako se ponašala.

Tu počinje urnebesna komedija sa sretnim završetkom!
