Locco Motion Session u sljedećem izdanju donosi novu inozemnu poslasticu. Sa svojim kvartetom stiže Michelangelo Scandroglio, kontrabasist i skladatelj mlađe talijanske jazz generacije.
Michelangelo je sa 16 godina počeo učiti jazz kod mentora Aresa Tavolazzija te klasiku na Royal Academy of London. Usavršavao je jazz kod Joea Sandersa, Harisha Raghavana, Bena Streeta na prestižnoj školi Siena Jazz te klasiku kod Jeffa Bradeticha, Alberta Bocinija, Damiana D’amica na ISSM Luigi Boccherini iz Lucce. S 24 godine već je osvojio neke od najvećih glazbenih nagrada u Europi – uključujući pobjedu na Riga International Jazz Bass Competition, Conad Jazz Contestu u sklopu festivala Umbria Jazz i na najprestižnijem španjolskom jazz natjecanju Getxo gdje je pobijedio sa svojim kvintetom 2021. godine.
Michelangelo Scandroglio je imao priliku svirati i surađivati s Enricom Rava, Seamus Blakeom, Loganom Richardsonom i Gregoryjem Hutchinsonom, Johnom Taylorom i Marvinom Smithom.
U Hrvatskoj se premijerno predstavio prošle godine i oduševio publiku Fest Jazza Koprivnica gdje je predstavio svoj album 'In the Eyes of the Whale'.
U ožujku ove godine izašao je njegov novi album „Gently Broken“ koji će predstaviti i u Petom Kupeu. Riječ je o glazbenom dijalogu koji se sastoji od briljantnih kompozicija te intimnih zvukovnih interludija, a sve je protkano elementima jazza, hip hopa i noisea.
