Ljubitelji tjestenine i sezonskog samoniklog bilja u jednoj će radionici naučiti kako pripremiti domaće fuže, pasutice i raviole. Proljetno šarenilo koje je zavladalo na gradskim tržnicama iskoristit ćemo za nabavku samoniklog bilja poput divljih šparoga, medvjeđeg luka i mišancije te ih pod vodstvom chefa Berislava Lackovića iskombinirati sa svježe pripremljenom tjesteninom.

Napomena: Molimo vas da na radionicu ponesete nekoliko plastičnih posuda kako bi pripremljenu hranu koja ostane nakon degustacije mogli ponijeti kući. Minimalni broj polaznika za održavanje radionice je 6 osoba.
