Počeo je kao član hip hop grupe, no danas je poznat kao producent svega elektroničkog. Skatebård je pseudonim Bårda Aasena Lødemela čiji katalog oscilira između emotivnog techna, neo-itala, electra i reinterpretacije detroit housea. Norveški DJ i producent gost je novog izdanja Freilaufa 2. ožujka na kojem nastupaju i Rainer Trüby i domaćin Pepi Jogarde.

Skatebård je nekonformist koji tijekom svoje impresivne karijere postojano njeguje vlastiti jedinstveni kutak plesne glazbe. Uz zavidno eklektičnu kolekciju majstorstva, njegovi DJ setovi nude istraživačka putovanja kroz nepoznato i neočekivano. Od glavnih pozornica festivala do intimnih klupskih večeri, Skatebård je osvojio publiku diljem svijeta, nastupajući u mnogim najcjenjenijim institucijama elektronske glazbe.
