Na ovoj radionici ćete naučiti kako (i zašto) uvrstiti više biljne hrane u vaše svakodnevno kuhanje i kako napraviti tofu ukusnim svaki put. Pokazat ćemo vam kako
eksperimentirati u vlastitoj kuhinji i kako napraviti jednostavne i brze balansirane obroke.
Razgovarat ćemo o tehnikama u kuhanju, važnosti začina i generalno o važnosti raznolike plant based prehrane u svakodnevnom životu.
Svi recepti koje ćemo raditi će biti jednostavni za pratiti, i nakon što završimo s vama moći ćete impresionirati i najzahtjevniju publiku.
In this workshop we will make vegan spreads with seasonal veggies, classic hummus,
seasonal buddha bowl with smoked tofu, fried tofu with pea pesto and super yummi salads.
We will talk about cooking techniques, the importance of spices and overall the importance of eating versatile food on a daily basis.
We will be happy to answer all of your questions on this subject. You can join us even if you are completely new in plant based cooking, or cooking in general.
All of the recipes will be simple, fast and easy to follow and once we are done, you will be able to impress just about anyone :)
