A sad malo više detalja o skupini umjetnika zbog kojih se okupljamo:

BALKAN ZOO sastav je basista i skladatelja Maria Rašića, koji već 10 godina promovira glazbu balkanskih elemenata u novim, modernim aranžmanima.
Na novom albumu "Recycle", sastavljenom od popularnih romskih pjesmama obojanih jazzom, hip hopom i electronic flamenkom, pridružuje mu se i flamenko pjevačica Nina Ćorić.
Umjetnici ovim projektom žele ukazati na predrasude, ali i bogatstvo kulturološkog nasljeđa Roma, te kroz glazbu doprinijeti pozitivnim promjenama u društvu.
Kroz svoju interpretaciju romske glazbe, cilj im je izgraditi neke nove mostove razumijevanja, prijateljstva i suživote.
