Festival Cirkobalkana u svom 9. izdanju vraća se u Zagreb, s misijom da na jednom mjestu okupi i podrži regionalne i inozemne cirkuske umjetnike i umjetnice, potakne suradnje, razmjenu ideja i iskustava te predstavi suvremeni cirkus široj publici kroz njegov autentični i inovativni izvedbeni vokabular koji proizlazi iz njegove transdisciplinarnosti.
