Za pripremu bifteka potrebno je iskustvo, ali i tehnike pripreme. Kroz tajne pripreme svih dijelova bifteka vodit će vas Ivica Štruml, a na ovoj radionici, kojoj će mesoljupci teško odoljeti, pripremat će se tatarski biftek, file mignon s redukcijom aceta balsamica i crvenog vina, juneći file na žaru pečen u panceti s duxellesem od gljiva i pilećom jetricom i file stroganoff.

Napomena: Molimo vas da na radionicu ponesete nekoliko plastičnih posuda kako bi pripremljenu hranu koja ostane nakon degustacije mogli ponijeti kući. Minimalni broj polaznika za održavanje radionice je 6 osoba.
