O predavaču:

Balázs Békeffy je rođen 1977. godine u Budimpešti gdje je diplomirao na Ekonomskom fakultetu, a usavršavao se u profesionalnim školama u Moskvi i Švedskoj.

Karijeru je započeo u poznatoj farmaceutskoj kući Novartis, a potom u PricewaterhouseCoopers. Predsjednik je Uprave OTP banke od 2011. godine.

Hrvatskom timu pridružio se 2006. godine, nakon što je uspješno vodio projekt akvizicije. U OTP Grupi radio je na raznim poslovima od 2003. godine. Od njegovog dolaska, OTP banka u Hrvatskoj razgranala je svoju mrežu s regionalnih uporišta na nacionalnu razinu. Prije sedam godina OTP banka uspješno je preuzela i integrirala Banco Popolare Croatia, a prije četiri godine Splitsku banku. Tim najvećim spajanjem u povijesti hrvatskog bankarstva postala je četvrta najveća banka u Hrvatskoj. U desetak godina pod njegovim je vodstvom banka prošla mnoge razvojne faze, a svoju otpornost i spremnost na prilagodbu dokazala je i teškim pandemijskim godina.
